"Happy Landings"

"Happy Landings" is a musical short I wrote book and lyrics for through a New Musicals Inc. internet musical creation workshop. Michele Hampton wrote music and lyrics. It was a fantastic experience, they really went the extra marathon to take our little creation from a classroom exercise to a fully produced 14 minute cartoon. Hope you enjoy it!

SYNOPSIS: Floating high up in the atmosphere, Paul the despairing pollen particle longs for his beautiful pink-purple-periwinkle daffodil, when who should float by but Soila, a plucky dirt particle who longs to some day make it back to her beloved muddy little boy. Electrons fly until Spec, a worldy dust particle comes along, who it turns out may hold the answer to all of their "happy landings."
